Ingredients
3 cups chilled and roughly chopped apples (unpeeled)
3 cups chilled and roughly chopped cucumber
1/2 tsp lemon juice
Method
Add the apples and cucumber a few at a time in a hopper.
Add lemon juice to the juice and mix well.
Pour equal quantities of the juice into 4 individual glasses.
Serve immediately.
