Deep Conditioning Hair Treatment Using All Natural Deep Conditioner

1. Deep Conditioning Hair Mask For Damaged Hair: The main ingredients in this deep conditioner are extra virgin olive oil, mayonnaise, honey and avocado. Each one of these ingredients is good for your hair in its own way. The olive helps repair dry, brittle hair, while softening your tresses at the same time. Whereas the high fat content in mayonnaise will soften and moisturize your hair while adding shine, the honey will work as a humectant so it locks in moisture. Avocado acts as a natural hair moisturizer, and is also chockfull of vitamins and minerals, which will help to nourish your hair and stimulate hair growth as well.

 You will need:

(i) Extra virgin olive oil: 1 tablespoon

(ii) Mayonnaise: ¼ cup

(iii) Organic honey: ¼ cup

(iv) Ripe avocado: ½

Method:

(i) Pour one table spoon of the extra virgin olive oil into a bowl. Place it in the microwave for 15 seconds to warm it up.

(ii) Mix in ¼ cup of mayonnaise and ¼ cup of honey with the warm oil. Stir well all the ingredients with a wooden spoon.

(iii) Place ½ of the ripe avocado into a separate glass bowl. Mash it with a fork until you get lumps free, paste-like consistency. Mix the mashed avocado with the mayonnaise, honey and oil mixture. Stir the mixture well to have a uniform paste.



(iv) Massage the mask into freshly washed, dry hair. Start from the roots and work the mixture down towards the ends of your tresses.

(v) Stack your hair on top of your head, cover with to keep the hair in place. Allow the mixture to sit in your hair for about 20 minutes, and then rinse it off with lukewarm water. Shampoo and condition your hair as usual.

(i) Whisk the egg until it turns  frothy and mix well all the ingredients in a suitable sized glass bowl.

(ii) Shampoo your hair and apply the mixture, leaving the mixture on for at least 15 minutes.

(iii) Rinse your hair thoroughly with clean water to remove all the mixture ingredients completely.

3. Deep Conditioning Treatment For Distressed Hair: The main ingredients in this deep conditioner are mayonnaise, eggs, apple cider vinegar, and extra virgin olive oil. Eggs nourish and fortify, apple cider vinegar adds shine, mayonnaise and oil moisturize and protect. The mixture addresses all the complications of distressed hair.

You will need:

(i) Mayonnaise: ¼ cup

(ii) Extra virgin olive oil: 1 tablespoon

(iii) Apple cider vinegar: 1 tablespoon

(iv) Egg: 1

Method:

(i) Whisk the egg until it turns frothy and mix well all the ingredients in a suitable sized glass bowl.

(ii) Apply the mixture onto your washed, dry hair. If your hair tends to be oily, avoid the scalp.

(iii) Massage the mask into your hair thoroughly, and then cover your hair with a disposable shower cap, plastic bag, or plastic wrap. Allow the mixture to stay for at least 15 minutes.

(iv) Rinse your hair thoroughly with clean water to remove all the mixture ingredients completely. If needed, shampoo as usual with gentle shampoo of your choice.

4. Coconut And Honey Natural Conditioner For Dry / Damaged Hair: You can use this mixture as a great hot oil treatment (when used prior to washing) or a good deep conditioner (when used after washing). It has hair moisturizing (honey) and hair strengthening (coconut oil), thus you get the best of both worlds.

You will need:

(i) Organic Coconut oil: 4 tablespoon

(ii) Organic honey: 2 tablespoon, extra virgin

Method:

(i) Mix well the coconut oil and honey in a small plastic bag and place the bag in a hot water for a minute or so to warm up the mixture.

(ii) Massage gently the warm mixture onto your hair, wrap hair with a plastic grocery bag followed by a soft towel. Let the mixture stay on your hair for about 10 minutes and then shampoo as usual. Let your hair dry out.

Natural Beauty Tip: While using any messy hair mask, bend over the sink or tub  so the mixture does not drip onto floor; pour the conditioner gradually onto your  hair and let it drips into your  hand; take the remainder in your hand and massage it into the parts of your hair where  the conditioner could not reach ; once you are done pouring, do a full-on massage of your hair to spread out the conditioner.
